Elkins-Randolph County Public Library

Preschool story reading and activity are provided one Saturday each month  at 11:00 a.m.  at your library.  The program is Free and Open to the Public.  Caretakers are invited to listen and bond with your children every week.  

Story time and activity will be provided.  Children of all ages are welcome to attend and enjoy time with the library guinea pig!

​Visitors seeking Notary service should contact the library prior to their visit to ensure that a Notary is available when they arrive. 

Notary services may not be available during all library hours. The best times to reach a notary are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
